Adriana + Mike's Stunningly Elegant Wedding
An interview with bride #36
There are not enough words to convey the emotion of having everyone you love in a room. One of the most amazing moments from our wedding day was being introduced at the reception and walking into the loudest, adoring cheers from our friends and family. It was overwhelming to say the least - but in the absolute best way possible!
Describe your wedding day in 3 words.
Perfection, happiness, surreal.
What's one thing that your wedding day HAD TO have.
A live band, specifically Grooveyard! They were the entertainment for the entire evening and our day would not have been the same without them. They've been the wedding band for several of Mike's cousin's and we had to continue the tradition.
What's one thing you could've done without or proved to be unnecessary in the end?
I felt like we did a good job of avoiding 'excess' things we didn't need. Our focus was on having a good time and making sure we had the essentials: a band, open bar, and good food. Everything was on point and the Liberty Grand staff delivered this flawlessly!
Tell us about your bridal fashion style.
Elegant but sexy, with a bit of Spanish flare. I had a mermaid style gown with gorgeous lace detail. I wore my late aunt's bridal veil given to her by her mother-in-law from Spain.
What's your advice for future brides?
Take a few moments to soak in the love around you because it really does go by so fast! And make sure to go on your honeymoon ASAP...post wedding blues are a real thing.
